Increased income for Chapter 13 bankruptcy case

If the debtor did not anticipate the increase pre-petition and the debtor was not entitled to the increase pre-petition, then I do not believe it would be an asset of the Chapter 13 bankruptcy estate. I have a case now, where I had to amend the plan and included the change in circumstance in I&J to show that the amended plan was feasible, but I did not amend the schedules, nor did I include all of the income in the new plan. There is nothing in the code requiring an amendment. There is nothing in our Chapter 13 confirmation orders requiring an amendment of the bankruptcy filing.
