In the process of handling your case and getting rid of all your debts, we will need many documents from you. Here’s a handy tip: Give us copies on regular-sized (8.5 x 11) white paper. Do NOT give us your originals.
Everything gets scanned, then shredded. If you give us anything other than photocopies on normal paper, your case gets delayed (and you get charged) while we take it all up to Kinko’s to get it in the right format. Plus, there is going to come a day when you need your originals for something and if you gave them to us, then you’re not going to have them anymore (they’ll have been shredded). Save yourself time, money and a major headache by either faxing everything to us or by only giving us photocopies– no originals.
