Paula, I don't do it the same as the other guys. The extra parts that you need in order to file Chapter 13 are not priced separately with my firm. Instead, they're already included. In other words, I'm paying for them out of my pocket and you are getting them for free.

However, I do NOT want you to select me to handle your case because I am the "cheapest."

We'll file your case and we'll save you home of course. In fact, I'll give you a written guarantee on that. There is no other attorney in town that will give you one of those, regardless of his price.

But it goes deeper than that. With my firm, you're going to get a pre-filing evaluation to figure out just exactly what went wrong, as well as an overall financial assessment that ensures that you're primed for financial success going forward.

Plus, once your case is successfully over then you'll be entitled to my Credit Repair services. We'll sit down and go line-by-line through your credit report. We'll be looking for items that we can change using the power of some laws that aren't even part of the regular bankruptcy code.

Nobody else offers that one, either.

As you can see, it's not a straight apples-to-apples comparison. Not only are all of my fees on the website so everyone can see them ahead of time, and not only do I put a copy of all the agreements out there for the world to see (they're linked from this page if you'd like a copy), but I've included everything you need to save the house, rehabilitate your credit score, and get pointed toward financial success...

... All in writing, and all for the price you'd pay someone else for just a simple bankruptcy filing.

Now understand, we only take 20 clients per month. With all of this extra service and the free bonuses we provide, there's just not enough manpower to personally handle more than 20 of these.

If you're ready to be one of my 20 clients, give us a call at (214) 740-1160. Press Extension "1" to be connected to Allison, who keeps our calendar. She'll find an open spot for you. Please don't wait too long though, our spots will fill up at some point and we'll stop taking new clients into our program. You can be first in line for next month but we won't be able to get you in for the current month.

And if you have questions for us in the meantime, please email them over and I'll be happy to answer them for you.

PS-- Whoever said you need a Chapter 11 is probably wrong. A Chapter 11 is typically going to be $10,000 down and $300/hour. I'm currently doing a little work on the one for the Texas Rangers but it would be overkill to sell you a Chapter 11 just to stop your foreclosure...

I need to retain you ASAP. I have a lot of medical expenses ($20,000+) and this morning a company said they were going to sue me. Please help me. I don't have much money. I get a monthly check from a divorce settlement from my ex-husband Pension Plan, but most of it goes for medical expenses and the basic living expenses. I can pay you monthly payments but I need to retain you as my bankruptcy attorney NOW.
Thanks - Debra

I have an urgent request to be contacted immediately regarding filing for a Chapter 13.

I filed for a personal, as well as a business Chapter 7 on 12-30-2008. The business Chapter 7 went through, the personal Chapter 7 was dismissed.

The major creditor is suing me and I need to file for a Chapter 13. Trial date is scheduled for this Monday, Sept 13th.

Would someone from your office contact me as soon as possible please, preferrably tomorrow morning, Thursday?
