PS– Whoever said you need a Chapter 11 is probably wrong. A Chapter 11 is typically going to be $10,000 down and $300/hour. I’m currently doing a little work on the one for the Texas Rangers but it would be overkill to sell you a Chapter 11 just to stop your foreclosure…

I filed for a personal, as well as a business Chapter 7 on 12-30-2008. The business Chapter 7 went through, the personal Chapter 7 was dismissed.

The major creditor is suing me and I need to file for a Chapter 13. Trial date is scheduled for this Monday, Sept 13th.
