I’m the one

who will get you out

of the deep, restricting sludge of debt.

Yes Virginia, there really is a light at the end of the tunnel.

From the Desk of:

Face the painful truth– you need to file bankruptcy. You might be OK with that idea, or it might still be bothering you psychologically. It might be filing chapter 7, or it might be a chapter 13. (I’ll show you how to tell the difference.)

Either way, you really do have to file.

There are like 9,000 lawyers in Dallas. Figuring out which one to hire for your bankruptcy filing can be very confusing. You know you want one with experience, expertise, and accessibility. You want one you can trust and who won’t charge you an arm and a leg. You’ll try to judge all those factors. You can also ask someone you trust for a referral to someone they know is good. (More on that later.)

Finally, someone with the guts to come right out and say it.

But here’s a little secret for you. You don’t even need a lawyer to file bankruptcy. You can do it yourself, all by your lonesome. If you choose that route, you will save you a bunch of money. I’ll even get you all the forms you need for FREE. (Hint: just click here.)

But you’ll be at substantial risk. You can lose your car. You could lose your house. You could even get stuck after your case is over still owing all the debts you were trying to get rid of in the first place. Here’s two real-life examples.

Example 1: WilliamG is an IT professional from Grand Prairie. He and his wife make around $160,000 a year. Although he filed his own bankruptcy case, it got dismissed. Seems a couple of numbers on his Form B22 were slightly off. The Dallas bankruptcy court completely dismissed his case and, as a result, the family home went up for foreclosure. This happened last summer and I know about it because I saw it with my own eyes… when he came and hired me to clean up the mess.

Example 2: JanetH is a very nice retired lady who lives in Cedar Hill. She filed her own case and not long after came to me to dig it out of the ditch. When the bankruptcy trustee saw her paperwork, he stopped the hearing short and advised her to immediately get an experienced bankruptcy lawyer. See, she was “just this close” to losing her car. Now, Janet was very lucky that she had this particular trustee out of the more than 20 in the Dallas bankruptcy courts– most of the other trustees down there wouldn’t have given her a mulligan. (Yes, I know all the trustees, their preferences for how they want the paperwork to read and the magic words that keep them quietly sitting in the corner as your hearing is going on). Most of those other trustees would have been perfectly happy to take her car away (they get paid a commission on everything they seize).

I’m NOT trying to scare you into thinking that if you file bankruptcy you can lose everything. That’s not at all the case. You just have to be hooked up with a lawyer who can stand firm for you and prevent that from happening…

… and I’m your guy.

Over 98.77% of my clients get rid off all of their debts, and never give up any of their property. Here’s why:

Experience: Unlike a lot of lawyers out there, I did not just decide to start learning bankruptcy when the economy went into the tank and it became a “hot” practice area. I’ve been practicing 17 years and have been helping Metroplex homeowners since 1992. My law firm started in Dallas but we’ve successfully grown and have offices in Plano and Fort Worth also.

Expertise: I’m not just a lawyer. I’m the former Executive of a $2.5 billion dollar financial company. I apply my inside knowledge against banks and credit card companies and I have personally stopped hundreds upon hundreds of foreclosures around North Texas. I got my law degree from William & Mary– one of the public Ivy League schools– and I have personally discharged TENS of MILLIONS of debt for my clients.

Price: Unlike most lawyers, I’m not going to tell you “it depends.” I will tell you right up front how much your case is going to cost. (I won’t wait to set the price until after we find out the maximum you’re willing to pay.) It’s printed in black-and-white right here on this website for all the world to see. There are only a very few lawyers out there who will tell you the fee without first making you come in and meet. If you’ve already called around, you’ve seen that for yourself. Most can’t or won’t give you a straight up quote but with me, you’re going to know the exact to-the-penny price beforehand.

Trust: My clients say it better than I ever could. This website is packed with heartfelt testimonials from ecstatic clients. Each of them is completely unsolicited– the kind words just show up in my mailbox, day after day. I guess I must be doing something right!

Accessibility: I understand this case will be a major thing in your life, and I’ll treat it like the important matter that it is. You’ll get my personal email address that I check an average of 23 times each day. You’ll get my personal cell phone number. You’ll get a special hotline number that is answered by a real live human being 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You’ll get online access to all the documents in your case so you can check what’s going on any time you want, no matter the time of day or night.

How am I so accessible? I do not take more than 20 cases per month– 12 cases out of my Dallas office, 5 cases out of my Plano office, and only 3 cases from my Fort Worth office. That’s it. When we hit 20 for the month, we turn everyone else away. (I usually receive around 150 inquiries in any given month). If you call me after I already have my 20, I might still be willing to work with you. But… you’ll have to come back in next month and talk to me again. 20 is the limit of how many we can give personal service to.

UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE

I guarantee you will always receive the highest level of personal care and attention from my law firm. No one likes to be thought of as a case number. Every person in our office is here for one purpose: to serve you and to get the best possible result in your case. If you do not receive the close personal care attention you want, nothing else matters. I will treat each client the way I would want to be treated if I were the client and not the lawyer. When you are a client of my law firm, you become part of our family. And we guarantee you’ll receive the best we can offer. We are not perfect, just like the members of your family, so we do make mistakes from time to time. We therefore encourage clients to bring these mistakes to our attention so that we can correct any problems.

Who else is going to give you all those things? The big “bankruptcy mill” won’t because they don’t have time for you. (Actually when you call them, you don’t know even know which one you’ll reach– Moe, Larry or Curly.)

And the new guy just getting into the field (who does it cheaper than anyone else in town because he can’t get any clients) won’t give you that kind of access, he doesn’t have the resources. (Seriously, you would die if you knew what all that infrastructure costs, ugh!)

You need a PRO, you need ME.

Regret is never fun.

You want out of debt. I get people out of debt. You and I are a perfect match!

Look at all these great testimonials from ecstatic clients. Look at these great ratings from respected reviewers.

MAKE IT HAPPEN

Ready to get started? Here’s how:

  1. Read my articles that are relevant to your situation. If you’re facing repossession, you’ll be interested in the “Cars” category. If your house is up for foreclosure, read some of the articles in that category. When we meet, I’ll answer all the legal questions you throw at me. But the articles I’ve written for this website should help give you a basic understanding.
  2. Sign up for my Free Reports. They’ll come directly to your inbox every few days, and walk you through every step of a typical case. Click here to open it in a new window.
  3. Make sure you think bankruptcy is right for your situation. You and I will make a final determination together later after we meet and talk about it. Once I get all the facts from you, I can tell you for sure.
  4. Contact my offices for an appointment. The number is (214) 740-1160 and when the answering system picks up, you’re going to press extension “1″ for an appointment. You’ll be speaking with Cindy or one of my other Appointment Managers and they will work with you to find an open slot on my calendar.
  5. Start gathering up your information. We don’t need your entire life history at this free initial consultation, but it’s helpful if you’ll just grab up all your bills and bring them with you.
  6. At your free initial consultation, I’m going to give you a folder of more advanced information and show you several of the documents that we’ll be using. If you want to see the main one ahead of time, you are welcome to download a copy of my Client Questionnaire.
  7. If you want to take a look at the Retainer Agreement ahead of time, I’m happy to show it to you. The agreement sets out all the things we’re going to do for you and confirms that the amount you’ll pay is the same low price that’s on this website. If you read the agreement and find anything unclear, let me know immediately and I’ll gladly walk you through it.

I spend every day making people’s debts go away. Just tell me when you’re ready for yours to go away too.

And in the meantime, let me know what questions you have!
